  • DAY 1 - Paro Airport & Transfer Thimphu

    • Upon arrival at Paro Airport, (2200Mts), Post immigration formalities and baggage collection, our rep will escort you till Thimphu. En-route, stopover at Chuzom where the confluence of Thimphu and Paro rivers takes places. On arrival, in Thimphu, check-in at the hotel. In the evening, set out to explore the nearby streets. Overnight stay at Thimphu.
  • DAY 2 - Sightseeing in Thimphu

    • After a sumptuous breakfast set out on an exciting sightseeing tour of the capital city. Visit the Folk Heritage Museum (Phelchey Toenkhyim) along with the Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodrang), Memorial Chorten, the National Library and the Takin Preserve, Motithang. After a long day, return to the hotel for an overnight stay at the hotel.
  • DAY 3 - Drive from Thimphu to Punakha & Wangduephodrang

    • After a delicious breakfast, early in the morning, drive to Punakha across Dochu La. Dochula represents the highest point on the road and if the skies are clear, one can even spot the different peaks across the region. Later in the day, proceed for an excursion to Chimi Lhakhang and also explore the fascinating Punakha Dzong which served as a religious as well as an administrative center of Bhutan.   • DAY 4 - Drive from Punakha to Paro

    • After a hearty breakfast, get transferred to Paro. En route, visit Simtokha Dzong which is one of the principal fortresses in the country and renowned for its tantric teaching. Also, take a walk down the trail to visit Rinpung Dzong that comes with wooden galleries that line the inner courtyard. The evening is free for leisure; enjoy your overnight stay in Paro.
  • DAY 5 - Hike to the Taktsang Monastery

    • After an early breakfast, proceed on a hiking expedition to the Taktsang Monastery. Take a pleasant walk through the pine forests and get lost in the pristine beauty of nature. Also known as the Tiger's Nest, it's perched on a 900m tall cliff. In the evening, explore the market area and the main street on foot. Overnight stay at the hotel in Paro.
  • DAY 6 - Depart from Paro
