Itinerary

Welcome to Nepal! Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. After check-in, you will have the rest of the day at your leisure to relax and acclimate to your new surroundings. Later, in the evening, enjoy a personalized candlelight dinner at your hotel in Kathmandu, offering a serene and romantic ambiance to cherish with your partner. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

In the morning, you will get transferred for a half day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. Explore UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Durbar Square and the Pashupatinath Temple, learning Nepal's ancient history and spiritual traditions. Next, you will be driven to Patan, a neighboring city, surrounded by stunning valley views. You can enjoy thrilling outdoor activities like mountain biking or river rafting. Afterwards, you'll be driven back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Post check-out, you will get transferred to Nagarkot via the Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Explore the historical and architectural wonders of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, where ancient temples, intricate wood carvings, and vibrant culture await. Upon arrival, you will check-in at your pre-booked hotel in Nagarkot. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the scenic town with a stroll in the evening. Enjoy an overnight stay in the hotel.

In the morning, you will check-out from your hotel in Nagarkot and begin your journey to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be driven to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight back home. This marks the end of your trip.

Confirmation Policy
  • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
  • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
  • Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

All applicable refunds will be done in the traveler's Refund by COIT.

Cancellation Policy
  • If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be canceled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking.
