Upon arrival at Leh Airport, our team will receive you and assist with a comfortable transfer to your hotel. Take the day to rest and acclimatize to the high-altitude terrain of Ladakh (11,500 ft). In the afternoon, collect your bikes and head out for a light acclimatization ride around Leh. Visit the Tsemo Castle, a 15th-century fort offering panoramic views of the town, followed by a visit to the peaceful Shanti Stupa and the historic Leh Palace. After breakfast, begin your bike expedition with a ride to Sham Valley, known for its scenic beauty and spiritual landmarks. The ride includes stops at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, and the spectacular Sangam—the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers. Enjoy refreshments at Zins Café, a popular rider stop. Today, start early and gear up for a thrilling ride across the iconic Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft), one of the world’s highest motorable roads. Stop at the legendary Khardungla Café and Milkha Point for stunning mountain vistas. Continue your descent into the green valley of Nubra, where you'll visit Diskit Monastery and the giant Maitreya Buddha statue. Later, head to Hunder Sand Dunes, where you can enjoy an optional ride on a double-humped Bactrian camel. You may also explore Desert Himalaya Adventure Park for ATV rides or ziplining (optional). After breakfast, ride along the scenic and rugged route beside the Shyok River, offering an offbeat and adventurous experience. Wake up to a peaceful sunrise by the lake. After breakfast, begin your return journey to Leh via the awe-inspiring Chang La Pass (17,590 ft), the third-highest motorable road in the world. En route, visit the sacred Changla Baba Temple. Further along the way, stop at the beautiful Thiksey Monastery, known for its resemblance to the Potala Palace, and visit the Druk Padma Karpo School, also known as Rancho’s School. Today, head out for a relaxed ride to Stok Village, nestled in the foothills of the Stok Kangri Range. Begin your day with a visit to Sindhu Ghat, followed by a cultural tour of Stok Palace, which houses a museum of Ladakhi artifacts and royal memorabilia. Enjoy a delicious traditional Ladakhi lunch at Willow Kitchen & Bar. On your way back, you may opt to stop by Hemis Monastery, one of the oldest and richest in Ladakh. Return to Leh by evening.
